My name is Mona Maleki and I am a third year Biology student running to be YOUR SUS president. Due to my experience as the VP Internal and working with the executive team in drafting the strategic plan, I believe it is critical to use this plan as a guide to review and strengthen the society from both an internal and external perspective.

My focus will be:

1. The strengthening of the Internal structure by continuing the communication between internal clubs and committees as well as increasing student opportunities.
2. The continuation of the communication established by SUS with the dean’s office and student development, especially to target resources for graduating students.
3. Foster an inclusive SUS environment when reaching out to the science community by working to improve the accessibility of the SUS website and the continuation and development of mechanisms to receive student feedback
